Well you see, I have come up with some fitness tips, that I follow ardently , to get a MODEL LIKE figure, which is the envy of every girl…
A BIG disclaimer, I’m not one to jump into the latest fitness fads or go on strict diet routines , I go by what my instincts tell me. I think it is important to have strength, confidence and health, to rock into any attire you wear.
I know , I’m sounding preachy, so let’s move on to the fitness tips
1.Good Eating Habits
What I mean by good eating habits is that never ever skip your breakfast, seriously, it is a must in today’s hectic lifestyle! Eat in moderation and try to include veggies along with your meat items,to get a balanced diet
2. Diet
Don’t freak out on this word, I believe in a diet which is a combination of Non Vegetarian and Vegetarian. You should divide your week into days , when you will eat only a Non Vegetarian diet and some days when you will be a complete Vegan, what say girls?
3.Walking
Walk the talk. Walking is the best exercise to burn all your calories. So , make sure you walk a lot.
